Shandong DSYC Bearing Co., LTD today reflects on a significant 2025 milestone: securing a major U.S. order for its MR104ZZ miniature bearings following a successful sample trial, a partnership that has since grown into a long-term supply agreement.

In early 2025, a California-based toy manufacturer requested MR104ZZ samples for testing in high-performance RC cars and drone motors. After three months of rigorous evaluation—covering noise, high-speed stability, and durability—the bearings exceeded expectations. Their 4x10x4mm design, combined with pre-lubricated "ZZ" metal shields, delivered the low vibration and smooth rotation critical for premium hobby-grade products.

The initial 100,000-unit order, delivered in Q2 2025, has since been followed by repeat orders, bringing total shipments to over 500,000 units. The MR104ZZ is now specified across multiple product platforms, including next-gen RC vehicles and compact drone assemblies.
